RSF School Board Trustee & Immediate Past President
2010 - present
Publicly elected non-partisan position as trustee and officer of the Rancho Santa Fe School District. Board accomplishments include:

Academic Performance Index 2011 to 2013: Best API (Academic Performance Index) ever in 2012 for the District. Highest API for District in all of San Diego County 2012 & 2013 among similar schools.

MUSE Parents Association: Creation of the Performing Arts Parents Association to support all Performing & Visual Arts needs in the District.

Mobile Device Education Technology Rollout: Upgrade and rollout of 1:1 mobile devices in the middle school and 50% deployment in k-4, 100% deployment in grades 5-8 with ongoing rollouts.

Performing Arts Center at Rancho Santa Fe: Creation of the Center in 2010, along with an award winning music education program, known as MUSE (Mastering Unique Self Expression), which includes 3 levels of Instrument instruction, a two tier Strings Program, and 2 Concert Choirs, also the creation of the a new Drama Program, a Technical Theatre Program and Debate. 33% of the Student Body participates in Music as of 2014.
